Where your order ships from

WaterTimer.ae is operated by TECHTIK WAVE ESSENTIAL LTD (trading as Johgee Irrigation), a UK company. Your order is shipped to the UAE from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. We do not hold stock inside the UAE, and there is no local pickup or local courier depot.

Shipping cost

Free standard delivery across the United Arab Emirates on our water timers. If any shipping charge applies to a smaller accessory order, it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days (UK working days, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a tracking link when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time

  • UK warehouse to a UAE address: typically 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Counting dispatch and transit together, most UAE orders arrive within about 4–8 business days of being placed.
  • We do not offer next-day or same-day delivery to the UAE. Any such claim elsewhere on this site is an error — this page is correct.

Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and can be affected by customs processing, remote addresses and carrier disruption. The estimate shown at your checkout is the one that applies to your order.

Import duty, VAT and customs clearance

This is a cross-border sale. Please read this section before ordering.

  • The price you see on this site is in AED and is the amount we charge you. It is set by us as a UK seller.
  • We do not collect UAE VAT or UAE customs duty at checkout, and our prices do not include them. Any earlier statement on this site that prices “include 5% UAE VAT” or that there are “no additional fees on delivery” was incorrect and has been removed.
  • Goods entering the UAE may attract UAE customs duty and import VAT. Any charge, collection method and responsible party depend on the customs assessment and the shipping terms used for the parcel.
  • Import charges are assessed by UAE Customs and the carrier. We cannot predict or guarantee whether a shipment will be charged, so please allow for possible duty, import VAT and carrier clearance fees.
  • If a carrier requests customs or tax payment, contact us before refusing the parcel so that we can check the shipment terms and available options.

Delivery area

  • We ship to physical street addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Carrier

The carrier is selected at dispatch based on your destination emirate. Your tracking email names the carrier handling your parcel. We do not guarantee a specific carrier in advance.

Returns

Returns travel back to our UK address. For faulty or damaged goods we cover return shipping; for change-of-mind returns within our 30-day window you cover it. Full detail is in our Returns Policy.
